Using 100% essential oils, each fragrance has been carefully blended to be used in your electric aromatherapy diffuser or candle oil burner.
Whether you need a moment to feel uplifted, calm, stop, centre yourself or relax, these blends provide you with a small bottle of intentional moments where the benefits of essential oils can be enjoyed.
Use 3-8 drops, diluted in water.
Per bottle - 10ml
Begin No 1, is an uplifting and invigorating blend of Geranium, Dill Seed, Bay and Bergamot 100% Essential Oils.
Nurture No 2 Blend is a self care blend of Geranium, Petitgrain and Frankincense 100% Essential Oils.
Pause No 3a, is a refreshing blend of Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Lemon, Vetivert & Petitgrain 100% Essential Oils.
Grounded No 4, is a warm woody and earthy blend of Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Clary Sage and Cinnamon 100% Essential Oils.
Rest No 5, is a calming and balancing blend of Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli and Petitgrain 100% Essential Oils.

We offer local deliveries within EH1-EH17 Monday to Saturday each week.
For delivery, the minimum order value is currently £55, which can be one item, or several items to that value.
Shop pick up available 7 days, including Sundays.
The cut off for same day delivery is 11am.
Please note, we cannot offer timed delivery slots for gift orders.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted, local courier between 9.30am and 5.00pm. Please supply a telephone number for recipients in case of problems with delivery.
You can also order for in-store pick up - please choose a collection time so we have your order ready.
