if there is less than 6 weeks until your wedding date, then at checkout, please select ‘Payment in Full’ otherwise select the ‘20% booking fee’ option. This confirms your booking and secures your date. We will then be in touch by email 6 weeks before your wedding, confirming that the balance is due and including an invoice with secure payment link.

We prefer at least 28 days notice for Wedding Party florals, however the more notice the better, especially for larger orders. (Our availability lessens due to prior bookings as we near a specific date).

For very small weddings and elopements we can often create these at very short notice, but do check.

We'll always choose the best blooms of the season arranged with beautiful foliage and textural elements such as grasses, seedheads and berries. (You can tell us about any likes or dislikes in the 'colour & flower preferences' box).

Your flowers will be ready for collection from our shop from 11am on the morning of your wedding. (If you require an earlier collection, please state in the order notes).

If you require delivery (or delivery and set up) please select ‘Quote a rate ’ at checkout and do not enter any delivery information, only billing information, then we’ll be in touch with you to discuss the requirements for your day.

The minimum order value for delivery is £45.
