Products and Prices
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of Value Added Tax but exclude delivery charges (where applicable). Collection and delivery options and charges are made clear on the order/checkout screens and on our Delivery information page.
We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. For flower and plant products please note that all are seasonal, florist's choice and are handmade, fresh in our Bruntsfield shop. Seasonal availablity dictates which flowers, foliage or containers we'll use and gthe may vary from the image. The natural style of work will always be similar and equally beautiful and of the same value. Pictures and descriptions are therefore a reliable guide rather than an exact representation.

Should the item/s you have ordered be unavailable for delivery or collection, for whatever reason, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as is reasonably possible and give you the option to either wait on stock arriving, choose a suitable alternative or to cancel your order where a full refund will be made. (This is in addition to your legal rights of cancellation).
You must be 16 years of age or over to place an order and you must ensure that the debit or credit card on which you make the payment is held validly in your name. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment then we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of your order.
